For these photos, I summoned a bit of Jimi Hendrix and hung out “all along the White Tower”……I think I am funny, just putting that out there.
The White Tower is this beautiful structure along the coast of Thessaloniki and stood out as though set there accidentally. Given the stretched out summer days in Thessaloniki, my favorite maxi dress from Anthropologie was appropriate. Besides, who doesn’t love a little black mixed with white?
Our last day in Palermo was another scorcher – that is why we couldn’t wait to go bananas at the gelato fest. I saved one of my favorite summer dresses for last, a beautiful flowy number from Anthropologie. It is a few years old but I have included some links to similar styles at Asos.
Also, for the most comfortable sandals, I always stick with always Chie Mihara or Seychelles.
When prepping to visit the historic birthplace of my family, I was unsure what to wear, other than it needed to be summer appropriate. It felt like each day was hotter than the last in Sicily, even though we were right on the coast and it was mid-September.
I opted for one of my favorite dresses from Anthropologie. It is bright, light, comfortable, and cute. I’ve owned it for over 5 years and still get compliments on it.
It also worked well with my new bag. The orange and yellow mix were a perfect summer combo and I felt like a Milan fashionista while chilling along the Sicilian coast.
